Full Time Placement Services
Project One provides full-time recruitment
& placement services for companies expanding or upgrading their
workforce. We place high quality individuals, from skilled technicians
to senior-level management.
Each candidate for employment undergoes a
rigorous screening process that includes interviews, technical evaluation,
reference checks and background checks. Candidates are assessed
for technical capabilities, communication and presentation skills,
attitude, personality, flexibility, teamwork skills, and required
degree of supervision.
Option-To-Hire Program
Project One offers clients the opportunity
to evaluate a prospective candidate before making a full-time employment
commitment. This “try before you buy” approach can help
clients avoid costly hiring mistakes, and ensure the candidate fits
well within the organization and corporate culture. Candidates in
our Option-to-Hire program are initially employed by Project One,
while they work with the client on a daily basis. Upon successful
completion of the trial period, typically 3 to 6 months, those individuals
are then converted to the client’s staff.
