Ron Saharyan is Managing Director of Project One.  He is responsible for directing sales & marketing and technical recruiting operations.

Ron began his career in 1996 as a Technical Recruiter working for Aerotek, a multi-billion dollar staffing firm.  Ron was quickly promoted to Account Executive where he significantly grew his territory and revenue base while mentoring junior recruiters and salespeople.

In 1998, Ron joined Design Strategy Corporation as a Sr. Account Executive selling both consulting and managed services.  In 2002, Ron was promoted to Director of Business Development with responsibility for overall sales, marketing, training and strategic development.  In 2005, he assumed branch management responsibility for all branch operations.

Ron is active in his local community where he devotes time to coaching Jr. Lacrosse and participates in various town activities like Clean Community and Spring Clean Up.

Ron is a graduate of the Richard Stockton College of NJ where he earned a BA in Political Science.  He currently resides in Morris County NJ with his wife Mary.
