Regulatory Reporting – Technical Writing – created procedural documentation for the Compliance Department to meet regulatory & audit requirements.  Worked with senior management, internal auditors and compliance officers to develop specifications for their document management, workflow management and image processing systems.

Trading Systems – Web Development – developed trading system applications for swaps, futures, options and commodities using Oracle, Java, C++.  Worked closely with front-office traders which required in-depth knowledge of investment products, trading algorithms, risk calculations, market dependencies, etc.

TEFRA Reporting – Business Analysis – worked closely with business users and technical staff to create functional requirements for a Real Estate Tax Reporting application to meet TEFRA requirements for REIT, REMIC, OID and other investment vehicles.

Market Data Services – Market Data Services Support – served as primary liaison between our client and their content data providers, including:  market data vendors, time-series vendors, end-of-day pricing vendors, risk management vendors, etc.  Handled a combination of account management, contract/service level agreement negotiations and technical support issues with Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, Morningstar, etc.

Sales Agent Network – Business Analysis – supported the implementation of the Siebel Sales Force Automation project to support a network of independent sales agents providing insurance product and financial services sales for institutional clients.  Provided Siebel functional expertise to assist configuration and customization changes as well as UAT criteria.

Tax Lot Accounting – Mainframe Programming – for this major service provider of back-office accounting & clearance services, implemented DB2/CICS/Cobol & VSAM enhancements to their portfolio management & tax lot accounting system to better meet the needs of their clients.
