Retail Systems – Network Performance & Security – for this international multi-channel home shopping leader, performed ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of their CISCO networking environment including firewalls, routers, switches, TCP/IP, etc. Established system safeguards, disaster preparedness and conducted periodic preparedness tests.

Marketing Campaign Management – Database Marketing – assisted this book publisher and distributor in performing customer analytics to identify the most profitable buyers for targeted marketing campaigns.  Used BI tools, Business Objects, Cognos, SAS to analyze historical purchasing patterns and perform predictive modeleing.   

Loyalty Programs – Q/A Testing – prepared test plans, created test scripts, performed test execution and reported test results to verify the accuracy and performance of a new loyalty and retention marketing program for an office supply company.

Time & Billing – Web Development – enhanced a Microsoft-based time & billing application for this U.S. based law firm with international offices. Created an adhoc query and reporting system that provided partners and administrative staff with greater flexibility in performing productivity and profitability analysis.
