Use this option when you have an open full-time position, but want to assess a candidate's performance before committing to a hire.  The "try before you buy" approach reduces your risk. It gives you time to ensure the candidate fits well into your organization and helps you avoid costly hiring mistakes.

 

Option-to-Hire consultants are initially employed by us while they work with you. On successfully completing the trial period, typically 3 to 6 months, the consultants then become your direct employees.
